You never know where the conversations will go when you teach a Healthy Digestion class - but one of the questions asked last night was "what kind of gas is good gas and what is bad gas?' - well, it sure helps to consume some fennel seeds. I made this skillet pizza the other day which has both flax and fennel seeds - great for the digestive system - let me know if you are interested in the recipe.
